Jr Explorers: Ages 5-7

This camp  is where children have fun and make new friends!  On acres of property, campers will run in the sprinklers, ride bikes, and play outdoor games.  When indoors, we will do crafts, cooking projects, reading, & experimenting. Different themes each week.


Before & After Care Available:
8:00-8:30 AM

4:00-5:30 PM

Rangers Sports: Ages 6-9

Preschool Summer Camp Ages 2.5-5 (PreK)

Jr Voyagers: Ages 5-7

Our Rangers Summer Camp has an Outdoor-Sport focus.  Campers will participate in obstacle courses, fort building, cycling, disc golf, agility games, basketball, soccer, team challenges, badmitten, relay races and more!

4:00-5:30 PM

This is our  MOBILE Camp where children are out and about in the community doing a variety of off-site activities from parks & playgrounds, museums, etc


Two Counselors will be with the children each day.

Outings & Adventures

Our Jr Voyager & Voyager Camps will get an opportunity to experience a professional dance studio with full aerial e

quipment and professional instruction.

At Play-Well TEKnologies, we know that kids are already naturally gifted creators. What we strive to provide is an environment where students can

Snapology’s preschool STEAM programs encourage young learners to explore science and technology, discover designing and building, inspire creativity, while enhancing fine motor and early literacy skills.

A private guided tour of Dinosaur Ridge and then on the way back a hike along Triceratops Trail in Golden.

Valmont Bike Park

Children LOVE to ride their bikes.  Valmont Bike Park is a FAVORITE!

We love to walk the Mesa Trail & the Bluebell Trail.  We often visit the Ranger Cottage to speak with the Rangers and see some Boulder County/Colorado wildlife.

A day at Denver's Downtown Aquarium to explore underwater wonders.

Hidee Mine

We have a guided underground tour in Central City's Hidee Mine and then learn to pan gold!

This outing is a part of our Urban Adventures Mobile Camp.  We spend a full day exploring the museum's exhibits and City Park outside.

My Nature Lab is your place for creative learning and exploration of nature through unique and one of a kind experiences.

A cool place to hike and explore, near Lyons.

Gold Panning

Heil Valley Ranch

We practice gold panning at our facility and then head out to pan for gold in a Colorado stream like the settlers did 150 years ago.

Dickens Farm

Talent Shows

Dickens Farm is a wonderful new park in Longmont that features pools of refreshing water and gentle falls between them.  Tubing is a young Explorer favorite!

Talent Shows

Talent Shows

Young Explorers script, act and/or produce their own talent shows. We serve popcorn and share it with family and friends.

Archery

A day to learn and test your archery skills.  Under the close supervision, Young Explorers learn to safely shoot at the targets they design. 

Hiking

We love to hike and bike around Colorado!  

Fossil Lab

A day in our fossil lab working on actual fish and plant fossils. The Young Explorers learn to uncover the treasures, preserve them and then take them home!

Local Libraries

On bad weather days we often stop at the local libraries to read books, check out the things they have on display, video games and more!

Disc/Frisbee Golf

Our program has it's own 3 hole course on-site for the kids to practice.  We often venture to nearby parks with disc golf courses (Waneka Lake, Loomiller Park, & Valmont Disc Park.

Gardening

The Young Explorer team participates in the Wildflower Preschool Gardening program. They help tend the garden, harvest and of course, they enjoy eating the produce!
